Osteopathy
Osteopathy is guided by principles that recognise the close link between the body’s structure, movement, and overall function. It considers how joints, muscles, nerves, and connective tissues work together. Using hands-on techniques such as massage and joint manipulation, osteopathic care aims to improve movement, reduce pain, and support the body’s natural ability to adapt and recover. Treatment is tailored to the individual, with a focus on restoring function and supporting long-term health rather than simply addressing symptoms.

Dry Needling
Dry needling is a gentle technique used to reduce muscle pain and tension. It works by calming sensitive muscles and the nervous system. This can improve movement and comfort. Many people find it less uncomfortable than massage. Treatment is always adjusted to your comfort and used as part of a broader care plan.

Self Management Advice
At the end of your session, you will receive a summary email. It will include clear self-management tips and exercises for you. Your plan supports recovery in a way that fits your lifestyle. It understands that time and energy are often limited. Even small amounts of regular practice can provide significant benefits as time passes.
