Will I still receive hands-on treatment?

Yes.

Exercise rehabilitation is often combined with osteopathic manual therapy, education and other treatment techniques where appropriate.

Do I need gym equipment?

No.

Many rehabilitation programs use body weight, resistance bands or simple household items. If you have access to gym equipment, exercises can also be tailored to suit.
